Can a type 3 automatic trans be installed into a replica Porsche Speedster?
Due to a leg injury, I can no longer drive a stick. I would like to know if there is a "good" automatic transmission that could be adapted to fit into a replica Porsche speedster Mb Star Compact C4. I am willing to discuss a new build, or can the engine "horns" be changed to accept the AT... any info would be appreciated.
Lastly, speed is not a concern... I am a senior and we just want it for Sunday drives...
