I have a 03 carrera 4, and was wondering if its a good idea to turn off the PSM when I start it, or should I just leave it on?

PSM senses wheel slip while the car is in motion and adjusts power to the wheels accordingly - as far as I know, it does nothing while you're just sitting there.. Why would you want to turn it off when starting? Or am I missing something?

Don't know why you would turn psm off other than for the track.
