Hey guys,

I am looking at 2 997 Turbos and not sure which one to go for. The first one is an 07 GT Silver with 3900 miles and Tiptronic with Chrono. Second one is anArctic Silver with 2900 miles, 6 speed manual with Chrono however has the Ceramic Brakes. The car will be used on the NOT so busy Montana roads but I kinda favor the automatic as I own an SMG BMW M3 at the moment... Both cars are full Black leather with matching mats andSAME price tag.Your input will be more than welcomed

 

Despie the commentary that the TT has faster 0-60 times with the Tip, owning a Porsche (a TT no less!) with a slushbox is just plain wrong. Especially in the wide open spaces where you live.
So this seems like a no- (ok, low-) brainer to me. The manual, with the amazingly wonderful ceramic brakes would be my choice. By a mile.

 

Thanks Verde, your comment is appreciated. Now all I have to do is get the car at the price I want . The 2 cars have been sitting on the dealer's lot for 2 months now. Hopefully they will give in to my negotiations.
