Default 1987 911 Cabriolet - worth it?

Hi,
Had PPI done yesterday on 87 911 Cab with 205K miles. leakdown all below 7% and compression at 175 on all six (really dont know what that means but told it was good). 2 owner Arizona car with all documentation - well maintained. Wants 13.5K, good price? Top in good shape, inside ok

From what you described Id avoid it but if you decide to purchase it def. get it checked out by an independent dealer. Also why are you purchasing it? This isnt a collector car. It not old enough. If you are looking for a performance Porsche you can get a much newer, more reliable, and more powerful version for the same price or less.
