'73 911T Targa
My dad, brother and I are considering buying a localk 73 911T for use in SCCA and SVRA racing, as well as a "fun car". The car is tired, but will be sold as running/driving/inspected, so I figure that will be good for learning the car, and such without having to go all into it right away.
I'm not new to working on old cars, as I have a 55 Jag, and my brother has a 66 Corvette. But with Porsche I'm not sure of where the best parts suppliers are, etc.
Also would there be any problems running unleaded gas in a stock 73?
Any suggestions from those more experienced?

Yea, I haven't seen much that looks scary.
Also my dad and uncle have both been Porsche mechanics in the timeframe from when this car was new... Dad was with Porsche in 66, and uncle in the early 70's. Not sure how much they remember, but better than nothing!
I'm more used to the british mindset...
