911 electrical issue
Hi, i am bringing back to life a 1968 911L.
there was a problem with some wiring, the brake cylinder leaked to one of the main cables in the trunk. i was able to splice them all back together.
there are 2 after market gauges for volts and amps under the center dash. the wires coming from the starter to these gauges burnt up, i cut them away for now.
but when i put a battery in and disconnect the fuel pump lead, i have no power anywhere. i can read 12 volts at the starter. but no lights etc.
at the fuse pannel every fuse is good, but they all read continuity to ground, or negative battery terminal.
can anyone provide support or point me in the right direction?
thanks
