Default 930 turbo '76

I got as a present from my friend 930 turbo '76,car was seating in his storage for years, someone left it there and never came back.I have a feeling that the owner ruined a car, because they installed a body kit,I guess they tried to make car to look like Porsche 959. I removed a car from garage, cleaned a washed it.There is no oil in a engine,so I didn't even try to start a car.Im so confused and don't know what should I do with it.Im not sure if is worth it to take whole car a part, order original parts and build back original 930 turbo.
Any suggestions will help
Thanks

For real?
Someone gave you an overgrown VW with a blower on it that has been stored without oil in a rat infested storage, let me help you

Sign it over to me, I will make your "problem" go away

Seriously
You have a car worth restoration, and depending on condition could be very valuable

But you knew that.........
