Default Buying 1990 C4 Need Help

I am looking at a C4 with 120k mi. some records. I am dealing with the owners wife because he passed from cancer. She doesn't know alot about the car and neither do I. My questions are after I briefly checked the car today:
1. how do you get the rear spoiler to go up and stay there when you are not driving, and what does it mean if it does not go up with the **** in the car?
2. can the 4 wheel drive be turned onand off?
3. she complained about the battery draining and she has the airbag light on, the (!) light on and the seat belt light on?
4. the ac is not working that well, seem alittle warm the air?
5.the radio displays but we cant get music to play?
Please help
thanks

Default RE: Buying 1990 C4 Need Help

1. The spoiler outautomatically deploys but there is a manual toogle switch under the engine cover.
2. No, It is an "all wheel" drive vehicle vs a 2 WD with a4WD option.
3. No idea unless it is an airbag warning light to have it checked. The clock itslef will drain a battery given enough time.
4. I'd have the a/c checked. It might just need to be topped off.
5. If the battery went dead the original radio needs a security code typed in (theft feature). Look in your radio guide that she might have in with the owner's manual.
