Electric 87 911 Convertible Not open/close

Default Electric 87 911 Convertible Not open/close
Now I have another problem with my new 87 911. When I use the switch to open my top it releases but dose not open all the way, after it releases I hear the motor trying to open it but nothing. Please Help with any sug
