I have installed probably 2 dozen 996/997 evo kits for my customers. All have been bulletproof. What kind of questions are you needing to know. Fire away. In fact, one of my customers has the first kit evo ever put out, and at 40k miles, it has only needed a new serpentine belt.

Got some questions:

can the evo kit be installed in a 99 model?

How much is the kit?

Do you know anyone in the Atlanta area that can do it?

How much should the installation be?

How long does it take for them to install it?

Would you consider traveling to do an installation?

1. Yes

2. $9,995.00 for the 99-01

3. Not sure

4 & 5: About 17 hours of labor for the install

6. Due to the long install, I like to have a week with the car to do the install, and put some miles on it to make sure that everything is running as it should. I could pop one out in 2 days and send it on it's way, but that is not ideal.

Hey Doc,

Great looking work. What kind of HP would my 997 CS make after a super charger upgrade?

Thanks!

TRIO,

997S gains are about 120hp and 75tq, which brings you up in the 470hp/365tq range.

Wow! I will have to keep that in mind. It has plenty of power right now but maybe when I start to get a little tired of it i'll give it a boost!

Thx!
