front struts on 79 911SC

Default front struts on 79 911SC
This is my first visit here. My 79 911SC has a nasty habit of rubbing the front left tire under turning to the right or when hit a bump in the road. It hass 109000 miles on it. What do you think? New struts, or is there something else I need to consider?
