Default I need help identifying this 911

I have always wanted a 911, they're just the coolest. When I was a teenager, there was a early 70's 911 with a wide-body kit on it. It was sitting there rotting and I tried to buy it every summer from the time I was 14 until the time I left for college, the guy said he couldn't part with it. Eventually he moved away and took it with him. Tonight I was browsing eBay and I found this 1970 911 that is located in Japan. It appears to be the same year with the same wide body kit on it, and of course the iconic Whale Tale. Was this a factory option or is it an aftermarket conversion?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, this is my dream car and it's only the second one I've ever seen. I don't want to buy one in this condition (race modified and out of the country,) so if anyone can tell me what it is I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,

Noah

I realized a mistake right after posting, the one pictured here has a Duck Tail, the one I want had a Whale Tale. I got my thoughts mixed up in the excitement of finding another one of these very elusive Porsches...
