Default Money-Saving Car Repair Tips

① For PADM system malfunctions, there is no need to replace the dynamic engine mounts; you only need to buy a sensor online and install it. It is worth noting that if you want to fundamentally reduce the failure rate, you should choose a sensor with the chip secured by mechanical pins.
② If the oil filter housing is leaking, just buy an upgraded seal, remove the housing and replace the O‑ring. There is no need to lift the engine.
③ Consumable parts such as cabin air filter, engine air filter, wiper blades, and spark plugs are easy to buy and simple to install. Even new car owners can replace them by themselves, saving up to 70% on labor costs.
④ Abnormal noises or jamming in door hinges, sunroof tracks and similar parts can be fixed with a spray of silicone‑based lubricant.
⑤ If your windows are stuck when rolling up or down, wipe the rubber seals with rubber protectant?it is much cheaper than replacing the window regulator.

Default Quality 3D Printed Parts

Finding replacements for the small plastic parts that are constantly breaking (air vents, switches, speaker mounts, visor clips, cosmetic covers, etc) is tough and expensive.

Best advice I can give by far IMO is to see if you can find 3D models of these parts online and send them out to get 3D printed with high quality carbon fiber infused nylon. Often much stronger and more durable than the OEM parts. And cheaper!

I go to a guy I know who has an industrial high-quality printer. The stuff he prints come out great, don’t break, and won’t break the bank either. You can find him at contact@TitanCompositePrinting.com. Tell him ThatOneGuy sent you. (He can do some reverse engineering too, but that comes at a price)
