Default New 911 owner with questions about brakes

I just purchased a 2001 911 convertible. It has only 14K orig mi.

The brakes feel very rough especially as the car slows to a stop. I don't know if this is normal or if the car has a problem. The car has very low miles and I'm sure that all the brake components are original. This is my first 911 (my other car is a BMW 325i) so I have no idea what to expect. Do you think something is wrong?

Thanks

David.

Default RE: New 911 owner with questions about brakes

Did the previous owner ever track the car? Maybe he put on a more aggresive racing pad, which is going to feel rough....
