Default Sticking Brake Piston ???

I own a well maintained 67 911S. Recently when I hit the brakes the right rear brake caliper sticks and the pads grab the rotor even whe the break pressure is off. I speculate that the piston may be sticking and not releasing the pads. Question: Is there an easy fix or do I have to rebuild the caliper. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Nope, probably need to rebuild the caliper. Not a big deal.
