Hello - I am new to this forum so hopefully this is the right place to ask this question ...

I am about to embark on the exciting task of replace some tenax fasteners (female part) on the convertible roof cover (boot cover?) of my 1985 carrera. I believe that these are screw fit pieces - has anyone had the pleasure of replacing these and can offer a couple of tips in a sort of 'how to' fashion?
