i have a 2000 porsche carrera with manual seats. i know this may seem like a stupid question, but how do you lower the seat bottom? there is a **** on the side to pull up, and that raises the entire seat, but how do you lower the seat back down?

 

I would guess pull that **** up, then use your weight to push the seat back down.
