Younger enthusiast
Hey guys. I am 21 years old and ever since being a teenager I have been a Porsche fanatic. I am in college now so hopefully in the next couple years I will own one. I want a 911 Turbo really bad. I was wondering honestly just how much income you have to make to afford a 911 turbo? I am sure being single and having a good job would help. I don't expect you guys to tell me your incomes I just wanted an average ballpark figure of what it would take because I don't want to buy one and put myself in debt because obviously other matters come first but I would like to own one fairly comfortably. I currently drive a 2003 Dodge SRT-4 and also ride a 2004 GSXR-600 but none of those compare to the essence of a Porsche. I am new to this forum but I would also like to say I have the utmost respect for Porsche and I hope to be a member of the club some day. Thank you.

the way I was taught by my dad..., what you spend on a car or carS should never exceed 20-30% of your monthly income depending on your financial or economic needs. So, if you purschase a $70,000 car, and get a decent financing rate to like about 3-4 years, you would need and income of about 70-80 Gs a year.
