Hi All !!

I just joined the site. I have never owned a Porsche. ButI recently just got a chance to purchase a 1980 924, that has been sitting for the last 20 years. I haven't bought it yet.It quit running and the guy couldn't find anyone to work on it. So he just stuck it in the barn and that's where it has been ever since.He doesn'tremember what was wrong with it. But the car only has 15,785 miles on it. I guess my question would be, is it worth buying and investing the money into it. I'm pretty sure the motor is locked and the fuel system will need gone through. I'm not sure about the wiring.Iwas really excited when I came across the renegade hybridswebsite until I read they no longer offer the v8 kit. Would it be possible to put a 944 transaxle/torque tube and V8 in it??? Thanks for any help you guys can give me.
