I just got my 1984 928S back from the mechanic that replaced the cables on my sunroof, however, now the doors lock by themselves and the locking motors run continuously when the doors are open. Close the doors and I'm locked in. You have to reach around for the door "****" and turn it open, but then it immediately springs shut again. I tried pulling the fuse, but that didn't help. I can't figure what the sunroof could possiblyhave to do with the locks and there is no chance I'll take the car back to that mechanic, since he was "joy riding" with a friend. Any suggestions about the locking problem, or how I might simply disconnect the system?
