VERY COOL WEBSITE!! You've got great taste in music too! Ok, I promise this is going to be my last question. I got the clutch installed, and the drive-train back together, and I've run into another problem that's got me flustered and anxious; yet again. I reinstalled the clutch slave cylinder, and now when you depress the clutch, it will not retract fully. I thought maybe it needed bleeding, but that seems to have only made the problem worse; it goes straight to the floor now. What do you think this could be? I'm so close to be finished with this project; I want my baby back up and running. Thanks again!

Can you get a sunroof cable kit for a 88 944? Looking forward to doing business with you.

Lol yea, you have air in the system. Bleeding the clutch is an incredible pain in the ***. I would bleed it again as best as you can, then pump the pedal about 150 times (literally). Eventually the clutch pedal should come up slowly. If you can get a vacuum bleeder it helps. I have a setup that you attach to an airhose and then put it on the bleeder nipple, and it will suck fluid out the bottom. Works great, but not cheap by any means.

Do you need the entire cables, or just the 2 sunroof gears that like to strip>?

PorscheDoc,

I built a small shrine to you in the corner of my hanger and sacrificed some Porsche parts. I could not have completed this project without your expertise... Thanks A Million!! I got the hydraulic system working, and everything back together. It runs great.

The think the sunroof part that I need are the gears that you were talking about. I don't know if I put it back together wrong or what (I removed the roof a few weeks ago), but it won't open and close properly. Even when it's closed, and I'm driving down the highway, the passengers side rear portion of the sunroof will raise up. Let me know what you think I need and how to order it.

Thanks again for your help!

Brett
