944 sunroof problems

944 sunroof problems
just bought my first 944 and have a couple of problems.
the sunroof raises and shuts, but not all the way, and not the same amount every time - anywhere between 1 and 3 centimetres. i can raise it fully with the manual operation though.
anyone got any ideas?
