Default The Battle Field under my car

Question guys...

Is ther suposed to be a sheild in the front spoiler...my buddy and I were under the car last night cleaning and what not and noticed all the rocks in my A/C condenser,,, to quote my boy "It looks like it got sprayed with a pebble machine gun" ....I know this is not the biggest problem...but I was wondering if the front spoiler should have a sheild to protect this? if not has anyone coem up with a decent solution to this annoying problem? Let em know...thanks ahead for any posts

I dont think there was ever a shield put there, but i bet you could make a grill with some mesh wiring (and no...not chicken wire) that would look pretty good and deflect the rocks and pebbles from getting in there. We put some on a C4 aftermarket bumper and it looks great. It may require pulling the front bumper cover to do so though.

Hey cool! Welcome aboard, Karl!

For those of you that don't know Karl, he's one of the fastest wrenches I have ever seen, and happens to be a good friend of mine, as well as a fellow KCWS member! Listen to him, his advise is good!

Regards,

I took pictures of the C4 yesterday with the mesh grill, but forgot the camera at the shop. I will post a picture of it later today, i think it came out great.

Here is a picture of when I was test fitting the grill. We decided to leave the grill silver instead of painting it black, because in black, we didnt think you would see the grill at all and it would just look like a big black open hole. This may be the trick for the 944, because you could paint it black, and no one would know it was there unless they got down and looked.

I want to say seal gray, but it looks like it has a little too much blue in it.
