Sad story for a great car! Two weeks ago i was driving my car 60mph on a county road and hit a deer lost control and went off the road cracking the oil pan and doing underbody damage. needless to say im guessing the 951 will be a full loss! 1986 white 951 with 911 rims with about 115,000 on the odo before the crash the car was a 9.5 out of 10. what should i be looking to get for the car from the insurence co. I am going to be upset if i dont get at least 8,000 for it what do you guys think it would be worth

 

if it was truly in 9.5 or 10, then you should be able to get 8k. If you are a PCA member, you can get quotes of values of similar cars to help "encourge" your insurance company to give you what it is worth.
