A 951 does not have a carb, let alone a Holley (brand name carburator for american v8 engines) carburator. It is fuel injected. Your friend is obviously messing with you.

You can in theory put a small jet in the vacuum line coming off the intercooler pipe to the CV valve to increase the boost slightly. Autothority use to do it with their chipsets, and would actually just include a new banjo bolt to use in place of the stock one where it screws into the intercooler pipe. Again, this is not a good way to safely increase the boost. Last time I fixed one of John's car, he had upgraded a 951 with a bigger turbo and MAF system, but didn't bother increasing the fuel levels properly, and the guy was running 15.5:1 AFR's under boost. I don't know how the motor didn't blow up. You need to do it properly, or don't do it at all.
