You will need to order a new set of locking nuts, with the keys.
If you have the old key style lugs, you can take a visegrip and slide hammer and give them a good tug and you can pull them off. Or you can take a hammer and a punch and knock the centers out and remove them. They are a pretty poor theft deterant device, lol.
