This car comes with two sets of keys, owner’s manual, over 10 years of records, and a factory Porsche repair manual. The car in great shape even after 19 years, but does show typical signs of wear and tear. It truly looks amazing for a car with 90,000 miles. Everything that is costly to repair has been replaced within 5,000 miles with documentation. The exhaust has a nice throaty refined sound perfect for the town or track. This is the first year that any Porsche was equipped with 4 wheel ABS and front airbags stock.

If you are in any way interested in this beautiful Porsche please call Jake at 630-347-3409 or email me at jakemu24@hotmail.com. Price is $12,500 but I am negotiable if a sincere offer is made. I hate to sell this car but I rarely drive it and want something with 4 doors or 4 real seats. I am also open to trades for other Porsches and luxury/ sports cars.

12.5 for a car with unknown mileage on an 87 turbo? Even though he says the major components have been replaced within the last 5 thousand miles? Yet, he has records of the mileage that everything was replaced. By my calculations, the mileage should be in the 90-95k miles range? Something is fishy.

Also, is the transaxle NEW as he says? Or used. A new Porsche transaxle is ungodly expensive, and probably not available as anything but a rebuild.

Yeah, just look around (even far away) and see what your other options are. I started looking at cars available in other states for a while, just because there aren't a whole lot to choose from out there. I ended up finding a good deal 400 miles away, arranged a transporter, and purchased the car after a few phone conversations with the previous owners. It sounds like this car was very well taken care of, but also with the extra "go fast" parts, I'm sure it's been pushedto the limits on more than a few occasions.
