Hi everybody

So I need some help finding something. Here is the story.. I took my 944 to an actual porsche mechanic for a timing belt/ water pump replace ment, and we have discovered something. The yahoo of an idiot that call himself a mechanic that replaced it before did something very lazy and very stupid. He could not remove one of the sprockets on the lower balance shaft. So instead of replacing the seal (which of course has leaked oil everywhere since then) and removing the rear cam belt cover to get at the water pump, he descided to leave the old seal in place, and cut the rear cam belt cover in half with a hacksaw or something. So the probelm is that we cannot find a replacement for that belt cover anywhere. Please, does anybody know of a place to buy one, and quickly. Or, and I hope I don't have to do this, does anybody have any techniques for reliably patching this together again??? I have a few ideas on the later, but I;d like to hear all your thoughts.
