Default No fuel........any help?

A while back after I got my car back from the mechanic due to a busted cam my car caught on fire in my driveway. Needless to say, I was pissed, but there was nothing I could do so I decided to fix it. I replaced the fuel rail, distributor, spark plugs and wires, fuel injectors, and the speed/reference sensors. Unfortunatley, I still have a non-running car. I have traced the problem down to a fuel problem. My fuel rail isn't getting any gas, therefore, no fire. does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?

Ok, fixed the fuel problem. Now I have a firing problem. It turns over and sounds like it wants to fire, but it won't. I'm thinking I have the distributor cross wired. does anyone have a diagram of the order that they are supposed to be hooked up in?

Ok, I got it wired right. But it's still not firing. I also have a hissing noise coming from my fuel pressure regulator (as best as I can tell anyway) any idea what might be causing this?
