Paint???
Ok so I bought the rims and the hub extenders to get the 95 993 rims on my 84 944.
While cleaning them up i noticed that two of the rims have small scuffs on them.
I am going to sand down the scuff...mask off the rest of the rim and paint....
Question is...What color paint did porsche use on the sliver aluminum rims? I would like to match it up as good as possible. Does any one know the name of the sliver? Or the color number? Let me know. Thanks!!

Wurth German Alloy Silver Wheel Lacquer. This stuff works for just about any German alloy wheel and is a perfect color match. It comes in a really nice spray can. I know spray cans usually suck but this one works very well - just don't try to squeeze every last drop out of the can. When the paint flow slows down move to another can. You can use it for touch-ups or to repaint an entire wheel. Let it dry for a day or so before any sanding or applying a clear coat. Their clear lacquer works well too. Allow a day or so for it to dry also. I Think that the drying times on the cans are a bit too short.
