Default Sunroof manual use??

Is there an easy way to remove the sunroof manually. I would like to use it if posible. Also clean the drains, and check the mechinism. I replaced the relay witha used one that is close to the one that came out. Still no work...Neal

well on my S2 if you pressed the sunroof raising switch without the key in the ignition then it would release the catches and you could remove the sunroof.

to return it: place sunroof in place and press the switch (without key in ignition) and catches will return to position (provided its lined up correctly) once in place put key in ignition and turn electric on and sunroof should work as normal.

Your microswitches are probably out of adjustment. The one in the front center of the sunroof is the one that typically goes out. Take it apart, bend the arm out a little, and it should work fine.
