I have an 02 Boxster. I hear a noise coming from the passenger side of the car. The best description I can give you is it is tinny. I've had the exhaust checked and have been told it is fine. It sounds like something is loose and vibrating. I really don't want to take it to the dealer, so I'm looking for some advice. Anyone have some advice?

 

It could be that one of the heat shields behind the brake disc has come loose?
