Default Oil Leaking and Coolant Change

Hi, I've just had a minor service on my 02 Boxster, which has only done 17,000 miles. My local Porsche dealer has a pretty bad reputation, and they have sent me an estimate for the following work which they believe needs carrying out:-

Oil leaking from bell housing area, suggesting removing and replacing main.intermediate shaft oil seals.
Oil leaking from both cylinder head seals, suggesting dropping the negine and removing and replacing both seals
Carry out a coolant change as the coolant strength is low.

I haven't seen any example of oil leaks, the car doesn't produce any smoke from the exhausts and the coolant level appears fine. Can anyone suggest any symptons that I would see if any of the above was true and necessary?

BTW- They estimate almost £3000 to fix!!

Many thanks
