Agree about service. My only disappointment with owning the Cayenne has been customer service from the local dealership. Local Ford dealership treats me much better and is easier to get in touch with, schedule appts., etc. And the local BMW dealership really rolls out the red carpet for its customers (my prior BMW X5).
