Default Should I buy it?

My boss is offering to sale me his 2006 Cayman S for 35K, would I be crazy to pass it up? The Cayman only has 11400 miles, but has very few options.

I have searched autotrader, ebay, and kbb, and all point to it being a great deal.

A few concerns I have:
I have only been searching for about a week now, are the prices that are out there a good representation of what the cars are going for?
In todays market, can you low ball some of these cars that are being offered up for 42K?
Is the Cayman a reliable car?

No. Regardless of whether it is a bargain on not.

Do NOT buy a car from your boss.

It's a complicated enough relationship as it is. Don't add another dimension.

Well I'll tell you that the cayman s is a fantastic ride. I have an 06 loaded with full terra-cotta leather, sport chronos, factory short shift, 32k miles, scratch less and never even sees rain. These cars are tremendous performers. Drive a few before you buy. Mine also has PASM! I am selling it. Mine is 36000!!!
