I received this carbon fiber dash kit with the 99' porsche 911 i purchased. It is new and complete. I belive it will fit most 996's. The piece below the radio is for a car with heated seats. Im not sure what brand it is? but it is real carbon fiber. It is not coated, and you can touch the carbon fiber strands. Check out the pics. I will try to help you out with any questions you have.
