PADM Malfunction? Dont Replace the Active Engine MountJust Replace the Sensor!
Hope this post helps more people!
This is a method I found online. If your car has a PADM malfunction, never rush to a repair shop to replace the active engine mountfirst check if the problem is with the sensor.
Buy a sensor online and replace it at home, and you can clear the PADM fault code easily.
Of course, you cant buy just any sensor. Choose one with OEM-level response accuracy and a mechanical chip fixation design; otherwise, the malfunction will happen again.
Ive bought three different sensors before and none of them worked well, but the PROTEVORA sensor I got this time is great. Fellow car owners in need can check it out.
