One hears good and bad reports on OPCs based on service and prices.
I bought my 996 911 Carrera 2 from Porsche Centre Wilmslow (UK) and because I live in Southampton (UK) I have had my service needs met at Porsche Centre Bournemouth (UK).
My experience with OPCs todate is excellent. After buying the car at Wilmslow, (I had mentioned at purchase concern about the battery) some 4 months later the Battery failed. The OPC replaced the Battery free of charge, and allowed me to do the change at my local Centre at Bournemouth.
After problems with my tuning and performance enhancement mods(see separate strings on the Forum), Bournemouth OPC were very good at resolving the issues. They did not charge the earth and there was no bad mouthing the people who did the performance work. That is an indication of professionalism.
So my experience of OPCs is very positive, what do other Forum Members feel?
