Hi guys ! 1989 944 non-turbo here. 185,000 miles, runs great =).



Before I put it away for winter a couple days ago i gave it a full wax. I made the mistake of waxing part of the fin and now the fin isnt black anymore its green/silverish.



I tried rubbing it for a long time, even with water, and the discoloration is not coming out, does anyone have any suggestions of what to do and/or what solution to buy to remove this wax from the fin?

 

Black shoe dye should take it back to normal.
