Default 2000 996 oil change

Group, I want to change the oil for my first time on my 2000 996. Anybody have a instruction pdf? Any history or tricks. Oil? Mobil? Help would be great?

Nothing to it. One drain plug which takes an 8mm allen. Filter is at the bottom of engine in a canister, can't miss it. You will need a filter wrench to get it off (type that slides on the end of the filter). Inside is a paper filter OC128 is the mahle part number. Make sure you replace the rubber O ring on the canister (it comes with the filter), as well as get a new crush seal for the drain plug. Mobil 1 0w-40 8.5 quarts to start with. Bring engine up to operating temp, turn off engine, check oil after a minute or so.
