Just got a nu 2003 cabriolet. radio and cd come on and appear to be working, but no sound, not even any static.
sounds like something might be unplugged or a fuse is out. any ideas or recommendations?

Boy, no clue. Usually their either work, or they don't. You can pull the radio out (need special radio keys), and check the connections in the back. Any stereo shop should be able to do it quickly.
