Default 1999 C2 Estimates

I'm new to this forum and my questions mat be redundant but here goes. I have 59,600 miles. My car is due for 6oK service.
What should I expect to pay my independent mechanic for 60K service? I bought the car at 46K and don't know how much clutch I have left. Clutch effort is fairly stiff. What should I expect to pay for clutch replacement? What about a good alignment? Also, over the past 5000 miles my car seems to have less power and responsiveness. Should 60K service rectify this? Do I maybe have a stretched timing drive? Thanks.
