Default 911C4S vs 996TT

I am on the verge of buying a porsche... and can't decide between the 996TT and new C4S with power kit, PCCB, sports chrono. The 996TT is a cabrio (new) fitted with PCCB, adaptive seats, alum look... the whole deal except the X50 power kit. It is new, been sitting around for a while. I test drove a new 997C4S on the weekend fitted with Sport Chrono. I gave both cars hell. The sound of the 997 was mind blowing compared to the 996TT. I realise that I can change the exhaust on the 996 TT but I'm not sure if it will still sound as good as the 996TT. The bottom end response of teh 997 C4S seems quicker too. It may have lacked the legs of the TT but there was too much traffic to take it higher than 180km and find out. The 997 felt firmer on the road. The 997 seems better but there is the nagging pain of not buying a Turbo. The 997 has a four year warranty and the 996TT has none. I am putting the 996TT throught the authorised agent for inspection and service. The price of the 997C4S is 25% higher. I live in Asia where a new spec'd 997C4S ranges from US$350K to USD$420K for a Turbo. I am not sure of the main refinements of the 997C4S over the 996TT that would convince me. I believe the 997C4S and 996TT are comparable in a straight line. I think the 997C4S may go around corners better. The power curves don't explain how the car may behave. Are my assumptions right? Are there any videos on the web comparing both. I saw one bogus one of a suped up 996TT versus a 997S...not sure what to think. The car is a weekender. The cabio only selling point for the rest of the family to take some interest in teh Porsche. Nether the less I seek the thrill for my own driving pleasure. I am at the point of no return and after the test drive it has to happen. I have been mulling over this for weeks now. My poor wife is sick of it. Please no suggestions of GT2 or GT3, which I would love.......I need 4 seats. I need to make a decision before the weekend. Thanks

I'd get the 997. The 3.8 liter engine has more torque and its a slightly newer, improved design, a more recent model.
