Default 911s engine stalls

I have a 1977 911s 2.7 big bore conversion to a 3.0 and the engine is stalling when coasting or coming up to a stop light.
I have new fuel filter, accumulator, new wires, new spark plugs, I run 91 fuel.
All wires have spark.
When the car runs as long as gas is being applied the car runs fine, however as soon as I slow down the car shuts off and takes a couple cranks to get it started, regardlessif engine is warm or cold. If i simply start the car and let it idle there is no issue until I begin driving it.

Please help
