A nice reasonable upgrade that ought to add fun without being too hard on it, and you will probably enjoy it if you leave if at that level.

Adding boost is nealry always a fun project but ultimately leads to more and more desire for more and more boost and a very extreme, unfun car (although a fun project). I had an '02 ZO6 that I eventually got to 744 RWHP (custom built 7 liter C5R engine, 10 lbs boost, methanol injection) and it would ten second even quarter miles on street tires. and was civilized enough to drive to work each day. The project was a lot of fun, but such cars are always rather unbalanced, faster than the brakes and suspension, etc. , rather a hadnful with that much power and throttle response.
