can anyone help me i have 92 c4 with excessive heat coming from under right dash panel near center, it seems to be doing it all time except when the air conditioner is on, is there anything a layman can do or is it somthinga dealer should look at

 

It sounds to me Ric that you have lost a Heat Sheild. Time to get out and get under and see what you can see comparing one side to the other.
