Default Looking for some help buying a 996TT

Well I have been lurking around the boards trying to make my mind up on what to buy. I have allways wanted to buy a 911 Turbo. I have considered a Ferrari 355, but thought it is not something I would take to Walmart Anyhow can anyone give me any tips. I am looking to spend around 60k. I would like a Seal gray or Artic silver with black interior. I would like to be under 20k miles. I know I should have a PPI anything else? I wish someone lived closer that I could gleen a bit of knowledge from. Any help would be appreciated!

BTW
I am in the market right now so if you know of a car forsale please let me know. Other than ebay or autotrader where else should I look?

Thanks
Ralph

A good PPI will save you a lot of money in the long run. Finding a TT for 60k with 20k miles or so should not be too hard if you just look a little. I have a customer that just picked up an 02 with 800 miles on it for 65k.

Checking the for sale in these forums is always a good place to look. I found mine on the pelicanparts(dot)com site. PCA(dot)org also lists lots of porsches, as well as rennlist. They are definitey out there! Craigslist also works well!

www.dupontregistry.com

I am not sure if you are content with spending 60k but there is a turbo at www.dupontregistry.com for 80k with 1300 miles.

I am still looking. Thats a great car but at 80k firm it's just more than I am willing to spend. It's hard to actually part with cash It is a very nice car, a excellent deal for someone willing to spend a little more for a small premium. Honestly I want to be closer to 70k. If I find the right seller and car though who knows.

The more I look the harder I know it will be to find the ONE!
