I own an 89 911 with black/white striped fabric seats. I'm trying to find more information about the fabric, such as the name as well as whether the side bolsters are leather or vinyl. My paperworks lists the letters "NSV" for seat cushion material and"LE" for both seatside supportmaterial and seat back material. I've heard the reference of "berber" for some fabric but not sure if this pertains to my seats. I would also be interested to learn how many cars came equipped with this fabric, as I've never seen an actual car with this fabric before. Thanks.

 

Some of the reference material I have is showing a pinstripe velour and flannel. The black/white, came in velour,asan option at no additional cost. It was not available in the flannel. I have no ideal how many were made with velour seats, however I suspect not many...Hope this help some....
