Default New clutch replacement

I have an 2001 turbo with the modsinstalled. I figure it would be in the 550hp to 600hp range. Im thinking I going to go with a higher performance clutch replacement. Would an Gt2 clutch work in the regular turbo trans? Is thier any other aftermarktet clutches that is better bang for the buck? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Keep in mind that your turbos deliver a lot of high RPM horsepower with a gradual buildup of torque. This is much different than the muscle car approach. A 600 horsepower Viper has incredible torque right away, requiring a very tight clutch. You do not have this requirement. A multi-surface stage 3 clutch/pressure-plate should provide all the grip you require.
That being said, your vehicle can be fitted with very wide, very sticky tires. If you want to light up all 4 simultaneously, you will require something more.

Yes, you can use the Gt2 disc, but the pressure plate is the same IIRC. SPEC has kits, clutch masters, etc.
