Squeeky clutch pedal cure?

Default Squeeky clutch pedal cure?
I just purchased a 2001 996 and it has a brand new clutch. But, everytime I press down on the clutch to change gears it squeeks. Does anyone know the best way to fix this? Is it as simple as spraying some wd40? Thanks in advance for your help.
